Part of a wall was removed just as you enter the door to give the house a more spacious look. Some of the hardwood floor was also removed to accomidate the ceramic tile that was laid from the entry door, throughout the kitchen and out the rear door of the house.

As you can see the original hardwood floor was refinished., walls textured, primed and painted an new oak trim applied throughout and a remote ceiling fan installed.

Again the hardwood floors were sanded and refinished, walls textured, primed and painted, oak trim applied and new lighting. Also, doors for the two spacious hall closets were hand made to match the cabinetry in the kitchen.

In this room walls had new sheetrock applied, taped, textured, primed and painted. A new vanity, sink and toilet installed and the original cast iron tub refinished. The floor was taken down to the main decking a new sub-floor ceramic tile installed to match the entry and kitchen.

In this room again the walls were textured, primed and painted and new oak trim applied throughout. New lighting and smoke alarms were also installed.

This bedroom was refinished the same as the previos one. As a side note every room was wired for telephone and cable TV (except for the bathroom.)

This room required major renovation from the floor up. The old floor was removed to the main decking, a new sub-floor and ceramic tile installed. The old metal cabinets and upper soffits were removed and new cabinets and countertops installed. The walls were repaired and or replaced as necessary, textured, primed and painted, new sink plumbing and electrical brought up to code and new lighting installed.

Here like throughout the rest of the house the original hardwood floors were refinished, new oak trim installed and the walls were textured, primed and painted. Also a new ceiling wireless ceiling fan installed.

This room like all of the others in the basement are newly constructed. All have textured walls, neutral carpet and oak trim. All the rooms like the upstairs are wired for phone and cable and have new fixtures.
