In this bathroom we had to remove existing flooring to the floor joists and rebuild from there. All the work was performed by our company.

Note: This house was being put on the market for sale and a superficial job could have been done but would not have been the right way. Our company focuses on Quality Work and Customer Referrals, as a result there is only one way to do a job "The Right Way."

Again we focus on quality.

In this case part of the heating duct was replaced and a new toilet flange as well.

Old tub surround was removed, and the sheet rock was cleaned and refloated to allow for a good installation of the new tub surround.

The old tub faucet assembly was removed and replaced with a new single handle style faucet. Again all the work was performed by our company.

In this case the old toilet was cleaned and new gaskets and float assembly installed, vainty was repaired and restained, sink was cleaned and new faucet and drain assembly installed.

Not only did we install a new tub surround but also we polished and repaired the old cast iron enameled tub.

Here you can see the new faucet assembly installed on the tub side. Also an access panel was made in an ajoining closet, with an additional set of shut off valves should they be needed in the future.
