This was installed in an new west end duplex unit. All water and drain lines, framing, electrical, sheet rock, flooring, doors and trim out was part of this project.

By this point plumbing, framing, electrical and sheetrocking had been completed.

Walls were taped, floated and preped for texture.

Project completed. Walls had been textured, primed and painted. Vinyl floor installed. Vanity, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, lights and doors installed.

The owners of this home are retired and like to spend a lot of time downstairs however, going up and down the staris is not always the easiest thing to do, thus the need for a basement bathroom.
